Fresh tortelloni with tuna and tomato sauce
Tortelloni filled with nuts and cheese. Tasty with the good Italian tomato sauce and tuna.

Bring a generous pot of water to the boil. Drain the tuna.

Slice the garlic. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the stir fry with the garlic for 4 min. On medium heat.

Add the tomato sauce, crème fraiche and half of the tuna and heat for 8 minutes on low heat.

Meanwhile, add the tortelloni to the boiling water and boil for 6 minutes until al dente.

Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length and remove the seeds with a teaspoon. Halve again in the length and cut into pieces.

Mix with the Dutch raw vegetables and dressing.

Drain the tortelloni and spread over the plates. Divide the vegetable tuna mixture and the salad next to it.

Divide the rest of the tuna over the tortelloni.
