Fresh tuna-radish salad with green beans and roasted walnuts
Salad of green beans, red onion, walnuts, radish, flat parsley, tuna and lettuce.

Boil the green beans in water with salt if necessary in 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold running water.

Meanwhile cut the onion in half rings and mix in a bowl with the vinegar. Let alone until use.

Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the walnuts for 3 min. On medium heat. Allow to cool on a plate and chop coarsely.

Meanwhile cut the radish into slices and the parsley fine. Mix the tuna with the green beans, onion with vinegar, parsley and oil.

Mix carefully with the lettuce and sprinkle with the roasted walnuts.
