Fricandeau with tuna in lettuce leaf
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: meat, tuna on oil ((200 g), drained), anchovy fillets (finely chopped), olijvonaise (or mayonnaise), lemon juice, (cayenne) pepper, lettuce (eg little gem), fricandeau (meat) ), capers and basil (leaves in strips).
