A nice thai recipe. The snack contains the following ingredients: fish, cod fillet, red peppers, garlic, freshly sour root, sereh powder, Thai fish sauce, egg, grated coconut (bag of 125 g), cornstarch and oil for frying.

  1. Cut cod fillet into pieces. Wash peppers, halve and remove seeds. Cut the peppers into pieces. Slice garlic and cut into slices. Peel the ginger root and cut into pieces. Mash the pepper, garlic, ginger, lemongrass powder and fish sauce in a food processor. Add fish and finely puree. Mix the egg, coconut and cornstarch into a smooth, cohesive mass. (If necessary, add more cornstarch.) Season the fish mixture with salt. Store in a refrigerator until use.
