A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: olive oil, baby potatoes (700 g), onions (in parts), red peppers (in strips), broken green beans (250 g), eggs, ground cheese (old (bag 175 g)) and black olives (in slices (pot 240 g)).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a stir-frying pan, the potatoes are golden brown and done over the time on the package. Add the onion tarts and the pepper strips for the last 5 min. In the meantime, cook the green beans for 8 minutes and let them drain.
  2. Beat the eggs with the cheese and pepper and salt to taste. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and pour in the egg mixture. Turn the omelet when it is solidified and bake the other side in 3 min. Golden brown.
  3. Spoon the olive slices and the green beans through the potatoes with onion and paprika and spoon on 4 plates. Cut the omelette into dots and place it there.
