Fried bacon patties with cucumber salad
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (kilo-something crumbly, halved), cucumber, garlic (pressed), Greek yoghurt (cup a 500 g), cherry tomatoes ((250 g), halved), bacon patties (seasoned ( approx. 390 g)) and onions (in parts).

Cook the potatoes in little water with a little salt just done in 25 minutes.

Halve the cucumber. Grate half on the coarse grater and scoop with the garlic through the yogurt. Season with salt and pepper. Peel the rest of the cucumber and cut it into slanted slices. Mix the cucumber slices with the cherry tomatoes and the yoghurt sauce.

Cut the bacon cross on the meat structure into 1 cm wide strips. Fry them in a frying or frying pan together with the onion tarts while stirring until cooked in 8 minutes, at last add the cooked potatoes and stir fry for a few minutes. Add the cucumber salad.
