Fried chicory with balsamic vinegar and pine nuts
Baked chicory with a dressing of balsamic vinegar, grapes and pine nuts.
Roast the pine nuts in a frying pan without oil or butter in 3 min. Golden brown. Cut 1 cm from the bottom of the chicory and remove the leaves.
Heat the butter in a stir and add the sugar. Add the chicory as the sugar is melted and stir fry 3 minutes on medium heat.
Add the grapes and vinegar and heat for 1 more minute. Put in a bowl and sprinkle with the pine nuts.
