Fried coconut bananas
A nice thai recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: bananas (unripe), flour, eggs, vanilla sugar, grated coconut, oil and vanilla ice cream.

Bananas, halve in length and lay flat.

Flour the flour on both banana ananas using a sieve.

Unlock eggs in deep plate.

In another deep plate, mix vanilla sugar with coconut.

Shake off the excess flour from the bananas.

Spread each banana half through egg mixture and then through the coconut.

Oil in wok heating.
-
Banana halves in 2 portions in 3 minutes around brown frying.

Let it leak on kitchen paper.

Hot bananas on four plates and scoop 1 scoop of ice cream next to it..
