Stuffed pear with nuts and honey cream

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Halve the pears in length and cut out the cores.

Knead the butter, sugar, flour and nuts into a crumbly dough.

Sprinkle the edge of the pears with cinnamon powder and sprinkle with some honey.

Place the pear halves side by side in the baking dish and scoop the crumble.

Bake the stuffed pears in the middle of the oven for about 20 minutes until the top is golden brown.

Spoon the rest of the honey through the crème fraîche and serve this honey cream with the warm pears.
