Fried fish in curry sauce
Pumpkin, broccoli and fried cod in curry.

Boil the rice according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, divide the broccoli into florets. Peel the stem of the broccoli and cut into slices.

Cut the cod into cubes. Heat the oil in a non-stick skillet with a non-stick coating. Fry the cod for 3 minutes on a high heat.

Add the pumpkin and cook for 3 minutes. Add the sauce and warm for another 3 minutes.

Meanwhile, cook the broccoli al dente in 5 min. Grate the green skin of the lime and squeeze out the fruit.

Season the sauce with the lime zest and juice. Serve the cod in curry sauce with the rice and broccoli.
