Fried gnocchi with zucchini, broad beans and ham

Directions

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the gnocchi in 10 min. Over medium heat until golden brown and done.
  2. Meanwhile, chop the onion and finely chop the garlic and sage.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the onion, garlic and half of the sage 2 min. On low heat.
  4. Meanwhile cut the zucchini into cubes of 1 cm (brunoise).
  5. Add the zucchini, broad beans, pepper and salt and cook for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the ham strips and whipped cream and simmer for 7 minutes on low heat with the lid on the pan.
  7. Mix the gnocchi with the vegetables and ham and spread over the plates. Sprinkle with the rest of the sage.
