Fried mussels with walnut sauce
A nice Turkish recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, garlic, walnuts, olive oil (extra virgin), lemon juice (1 to 2), salt, parsley, cooked mussels (container a ca. 135 g), flour, egg (M) and oil to fry.

Garlic peel and halve.

Grind walnuts with garlic in a food processor.

Mix in olive oil and lemon juice drop by drop.

Nuts paste with 4 to 5 tablespoons cold water to dilute sauce thickness.

Season with salt.

Cut the parsley finely and stir it.

Dry mussels with kitchen paper.

Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of flour into the plate and mix mussels.

Stick 3 mussels to each stick.

Break loose in bowl.

Mix the rest of the flour.

Shake for drizzle about 1 dl of cold water, stirring until smooth batter is formed.

Flavor batter with salt.
