Fried noodles and brown beans


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: wok noodles (248 g), olive oil, onions (chopped), oriental wok cubes (a 175 g, vega), green beans (very fine, whole (pack 450 g, frozen)), Dutch brown beans ( (330 g), drained), sweet soy sauce and sambal oelek.

Directions

  1. Boil the noodles in water with salt in 2 minutes until tender. Drain and rinse under cold running water. Drain in a colander.
  2. Heat the oil in a stirring fruit the onion 3 min. Add the wok cubes and stir fry for another 2 minutes. Scoop the green beans through and cook for 6 minutes until al dente. Add the brown beans and cook for 2 minutes. Mix in the noodles and stir-fry for another 1 minute. Season with the ketjapmarinadeen sambal. Divide the noodles over 4 bowls. Serve with extra ketjapmarinadeen sambal.
