Sauerkraut with cinnamon, clove, apple juice and smoked sausage from the oven.

Preheat the oven to 125 ° C. Meanwhile, finely chop the onion and shallots.

Heat oil in a frying pan with oven-proof handles. Fry the bacon in the oil light brown fruit the onion and shallots in the bacon fat for 2 minutes.
