Fried noodles on his thai
Fried noodles in Thai with red pepper, garlic, Thai stir-fry mix, spring onions and cashew nuts.

Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the packaging.

Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Roll the pepper between your hands so that the seeds fall out. Cut the pepper into strips.

Cut the spring onions into small rings. Chop the cashew nuts coarsely.

Cut the tofu into cubes. Heat the oil in a large pan. Fry the tofu in about 4 minutes until golden brown and scoop out of the pan.

Heat the oil and press the garlic above it. Add the red pepper, Thai mix, tabasco, soy sauce and ginger powder and stir-fry approx. 5 min.

Add the noodles and tofu and gently cover and cook for about 3 minutes.

Spoon the noodles into large bowls and garnish with the spring onions and cashew nuts.
