Fried oysters with citrus dressing


A tasty French recipe. The appetizer contains the following ingredients: fish, shallots, lemons (scented), medium hand orange (scrubbed) and traditional olive oil.

Directions

  1. Chop the shallot. Grate the yellow skin of the half lemon and squeeze it out. Grate the orange zest of the half orange and squeeze it out.
  2. Mix the lemon zest and juice with the orange zest and juice, vinegar, olive oil and shallot. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Open the oysters with an oyster knife. Take out the oysters and collect the moisture. Strain the moisture and add to the dressing. Let the oysters drain on kitchen paper.

  7. Divide the oysters over the lamb's lettuce and drizzle 1/4 of the dressing over it. Serve the rest of the dressing.
