Mites of homemade pizza crust

Ingredients
- 1 tl granulated sugar
- 3,5 g dried yeast
- 150 ml tap water lukewarm
- 250 g patent wheat flour extra to pollinate

Put the sugar and yeast in a bowl and pour the water. Allow to stand for 5 minutes until it begins to foam.

Knead the dough for at least 8 minutes. This can be done in the bowl, but on a floured sheet is even better.
