Fried pangasius fillets with leek stew
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, crumbly cooking potatoes (benefit package of 800 g), pangasius fillet ((bag of 750 g, frozen), thawed), fish spices (pot of a 80 g), flour (sifted), oil (to be added to baking), mushroom stir-fry mix (400 g), leeks (in rings) and cream cheese (chives (a 125 g)).

Cook the potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Choose 4 equal fish fillets or divide them into 4 approximately equal pieces. Dab the fish fillets dry. Rub them in with fish herbs and some salt. Sift the flour into a deep plate and swirl the fish fillets, so that they are completely covered with flour. Preheat the oven to 125 ° C.
