Fried plaice fillet with garlic beans

Clean the green beans. Slice the garlic and the parsley.

Cook the green beans in plenty of water for 7-8 minutes until al dente. Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Cut half of the lemon into thin slices and squeeze out the other half. Heat the butter in a frying pan with non-stick coating.

Dab the scholfilets well dry and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fry the fish fillets for 1-2 min. Per side until crispy.

Keep the fried fish warm under aluminum foil. Drain the beans and scoop them with butter, garlic and a tablespoon of parsley.

Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the plaice fillets with lemon juice and sprinkle with the rest of the parsley.

Serve the fish with a slice of lemon, the beans and puree.
