Penne with broccoli and tomato sauce
A tasty Italian recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: penne (pasta), onion, broccoli, olive oil (garlic-chilli pepper (bottle of 250 ml)), Quorn-pieces (vegetarian meat replacer a 175 g), tomato sauce (with mascarpone (185 g)) and pasta cheese (ground (a 150 g)).

Cook Penne according to instructions.

Peel and chop onions.

Clean broccoli (incl.

Stalk), divide into florets and boil in 3 min.

Heat oil in frying pan and fry onion.

Add quorn and bake for 3 minutes.

Stir in tomato sauce and 3 tbsp water and let it warm through.

If necessary season with salt and pepper.

Spread the sauce, broccoli and penne over four plates and sprinkle with cheese.

Tasty with green salad and balsamic dressing..
