Directions

  1. Squeeze the lime.
  2. Finely chop the parsley.
  3. Dab the plaice fillets dry and rub them in with lime juice, salt and curry powder.
  4. Leave it for 5 minutes.
  5. Then roll the plaice fillets around the flower.
  6. Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the plaice fillets nicely brown in 4-6 minutes, then gently with a spatula after 2-3 minutes.
  7. Put them on a warm plate and keep warm.
  8. Scoop the grapes through the shortening and bake for 1 minute.
  9. Pour in the wine and warm on a high heat.
  10. Serve the plaice fillets and divide the grapes.
  11. Garnish with some parsley..
