Vegetable oil with steak and cucumber salad


Mienestjes with Asian wok vegetable, steak tips and a salad of cucumber, watercress, sesame oil and sesame seed.

Directions

  1. Prepare the noodles according to the instructions on the package. Rinse in a colander under cold running water and let it drain.
  2. Meanwhile, halve the cucumber in the length and cut into slices.
  3. Do with the sesame oil and watercress in a bowl. Season with pepper and salt.
  4. Heat a frying pan without oil or butter and toast the sesame seed for 3 min. On medium heat. Scoop out of the pan and mix through the salad.
  5. Mix the steak tips with the sesame oil, pepper and salt. Heat the frying pan without oil or butter and fry the steak tips for 3 minutes on a high heat.
  6. In the meantime, stir the remaining oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the wok vegetable for 5 min. Add the wok sauce and warm and continue for another 1 min.
  7. Divide the vegetable oil, steak and some salad over the plates and serve immediately. Serve the rest of the salad in a bowl.
