Fried plaice with grape dressing
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, flour, plaice fillet, salt and pepper, oil and grape dressing (recipe elsewhere on the site).

Sprinkle flour on plate.

Dab off the grain fillets in half, pat dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Fish by flourish.

Shake off excess flour.

Heat oil in frying pan and brownish lightly brown in 5 to 6 minutes, turning halfway.

Spread plaice over four plates.

In addition to plaice, create 1 tablespoon of dressing.

Rest of dressing separately serve..
