Fried potato salad and grilled minced meat


A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, new potatoes, (olive) oil, lettuce (large), tomato, spring onions (3 pieces), garlic, mayonnaise, vinegar, salad mix (frozen, 50 g), grilled minced meat (cut and approx. 250 g).

Directions

  1. Wash potatoes, cut into thick slices (do not peel) and cook for 15 minutes.
  2. Pour off and pat dry.
  3. Heat oil in frying pan and brown bake potatoes.
  4. Let it cool down.
  5. Sprinkle with salt.
  6. Meanwhile, remove lettuce leaves, wash and dry.
  7. Cut tomato into wedges.
  8. Cut the forest onions (also green) into rings.
  9. Garlic peel and chop.
  10. In a bowl mix mayonnaise with vinegar, salad mix, garlic and 1/2 tsp pepper.
  11. Prepare warm baked potatoes.
  12. Place lettuce and tomato on four plates, create potatoes over it.
  13. Rub up the slices of minced meat and place them there.
  14. Sprout the forest onion..
