Directions

  1. Blanch the potato slices in plenty of water with salt for 3 minutes. Drain and let them stand out.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of the oil in a large frying pan with non-stick coating and fry the potato slices in 2 to 3 portions until golden brown.
  3. Sprinkle them with salt and pepper and keep them warm in the oven.
  4. Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the meat strips with the paprika and the leek in crisp and cooked for about 4 minutes. Serve with the potatoes.
