Fried rice with sweet-and-sour pork
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, basmati rice, (stir fry) oil, hamlaps (diced), red pepper (in strips), onion (in thin parts), pineapple pieces on own juice (227 g), wok sauce sweet and sour, light soy sauce, spring onions (in thin rings) and ham (in thin strips).

Cook rice according to instructions. Let cool.

Fry 2 tbsp oil in frying pan and stir fry cubes in 3-4 min. Add the pepper and onion and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes. Pineapple pineapple pieces with juice and wok sauce and simmer for another 4-5 min. Season with soy sauce and pepper. In the meantime, heat 3 liters of oil in woks. Add rice in portions and heat in between 5 to 5 minutes. Spread the onions and ham through them and briefly heat them up. Season with soy sauce. Create rice on four plates. Pork with sauce. Tasty with a salad of Chinese cabbage.
