Fried semolina with grape salsa
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian dessert contains the following ingredients: milk, liquid honey, semolina, seedless white grapes (crops), vortexed apricots (in thin strips), ginger syrup, flour and oil.

Bring milk with honey to the boil.

Stir in the semolina and stir until very thick porridge in 3-5 minutes.

Rinse deep plate and pour in semolina mixture.

Allow semolina to set in about 1 hour.

Cut the grapes in half and scoop them together with apricots and ginger syrup.

Leave for 1 hour.

Cut semolina into 8 points and roll through flour.

Heat oil in frying pan.

Golden brown and cooked through, halfway turning.
