Fried tofu in coconut sauce with string beans
Tofu fried in oil with coconut, soy sauce, string beans, tomato and noodles.

Heat oil in a deep fryer to 175 ° C. Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper.

Fry the cubes in 3 min. Golden brown and leave to drain on the kitchen. Boil the noodles in plenty of boiling water with salt according to the instructions on the package.

Remove the strings with a fork. Cut the string beans into diamonds and cook for 6 minutes with the noodles.

Bring coconut milk with ketjapmarinadeen cumin to a boil in a skillet. Cut the tomato into cubes and add together with the tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.

Season to taste with pepper and salt and optionally extra ketjap. Drain and haricot beans and spread over plates. Spoon the coconut sauce over it.
