Fried tofu in coconut sauce with string beans


Tofu fried in oil with coconut, soy sauce, string beans, tomato and noodles.

Directions

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer to 175 ° C. Cut tofu into cubes and pat dry with kitchen paper.
  2. Fry the cubes in 3 min. Golden brown and leave to drain on the kitchen. Boil the noodles in plenty of boiling water with salt according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Remove the strings with a fork. Cut the string beans into diamonds and cook for 6 minutes with the noodles.
  4. Bring coconut milk with ketjapmarinadeen cumin to a boil in a skillet. Cut the tomato into cubes and add together with the tofu and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Season to taste with pepper and salt and optionally extra ketjap. Drain and haricot beans and spread over plates. Spoon the coconut sauce over it.
