Fried tofu with sweet chili sauce
Rice with oriental vegetables, tofu and sweet chilisauce.

Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package. Cut the tofu into 8 slices and pat dry well.

Beat the eggs with salt, pepper and sambal. Put the tofu in the egg mixture for 5 minutes, regularly.

Sprinkle flour on a toad plate and roll the tofu slices through.

Heat the oil in a stir frying pan the stir fry mix, shovel regularly. Add the chilli sauce and heat for 1 min. Season with salt and pepper.

Heat the rest of the oil in a frying pan and fry the tofu in 5 minutes. Serve the tofu with rice and vegetables.
