Peel and wash the potatoes, then cut into quarters. Put the potatoes in a large pan and put the kale on it. Add a layer of water and salt and cook until about 20 minutes.

Remove the smoked sausage from the packaging and heat it for about 15 minutes with the kale. Cut the cheese into cubes. Peel and grate the apples coarsely. Heat the coconut cream. Remove the sausage from the pan. Drain the kale and potatoes and stand them fine.

Pour in the coconut cream and stamp it into a smooth stew. Mix in the cheese cubes and the apple, let it heat well for about 1 min. Serve with the smoked sausage.
