Frisée sliced bean salad with lemon olives
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: string beans, lemon juice, sharp mustard, walnut oil, olive oil, walnuts (broken into pieces), lemon olives (200 g) and mixed iceberg lettuce with frisée (200 g).

Cut string beans diagonally into 3 cm pieces.

Harvest the bean leaves in 3 min.

Rinse in a sieve under cold water and let it drain.

In salad bowl dressing, beat lemon juice, mustard, walnut and olive oil.
