Frittata with onions
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Cut the onions into thin rings. Heat the olive oil in a stirring fruit, stirring the onion rings for 6-8 minutes on medium high heat until softened. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Allow the onions to cool slightly.
Finely chop the parsley. Beat in a bowl the eggs with Italian herbs, parsley and grated cheese. Pour the egg mixture into the baking dish and distribute the onions.
