Frothy wine cream with grapes
Halve the grapes. Beat the egg yolks and the sugar in a heat-resistant bowl. Pour in the wine while beating. Put the bowl in a pan with a low boiling water and heat the mixture while beating with the whisk (or hand mixer) until it is thick and foamy.
Divide half of the grapes over the slices and scoop the warm cream over it. Divide the rest of the grapes and insert the wafers. Serve immediately.
