Cut 200 g of the fruit into nice pieces and divide this over 4 tall glasses.

Use your plums, then clean them. Puree the fruit and pour it through a sieve so that only clear juice remains.

Bring 100 ml of water to the boil with the jelly sugar and stir in lemon juice and grate and the fruit juice. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Pour into a measuring cup and stir until it has cooled somewhat. Divide it over the glasses and allow to cool completely. Then put in the refrigerator and let it stiffen for at least another 2 hours.
