Fruit pancakes
A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian snack contains the following ingredients: pancake mix (400 g), semi-skimmed milk, egg, sunflower oil, halvajam strawberry, kiwi (peeled and chopped) and mango (peeled and pulp into pieces).

Mix the pancake mix, milk and egg with a mixer or whisk. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a frying pan with non-stick coating and put 1 soup scoop batter into it. Turn the pancake as the batter solidified and the underside is golden brown. Check this by shaking the pan back and forth. Turn the pancake with a spatula and bake for another 1 min. Bake 3 more pancakes.

Spread 1 tbsp jam on each pancake. Place the fruit in a narrow bar on one half of the pancake. Roll the pancake as tight as possible and cut it diagonally in half.
