Peel the mango with a peeler, cut the flesh into thick slices of the kernel. Cut the peel of the pineapple and also remove the hard core. Peel the kiwi with a peeler. Cut the mango, pineapple and kiwi into cubes. Halve the strawberries and slice the banana into slices.

Scoop all the fruit in a bowl and spread it over wide glasses. Sprinkle with orange juice. Finely chop the basil. In a bowl, beat the whipped cream with half of the maple syrup and mix in the basil. Spoon the cream onto the fruit and sprinkle some maple syrup over it.
