Directions

  1. Mix the cinnamon and the lemon juice with the maple syrup into a dressing.
  2. Cut the apples into quarters. Remove the clock houses and cut the quarters into cubes.
  3. Mix the apple with the grapes in a large bowl and drizzle with the dressing.
  4. Slice the mint leaves and sprinkle over the salad. Handle carefully.
  5. Cut the figs into wedges and spread with the blackberries over the salad. Serve immediately.
