A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, washed and in pieces), ribs, olive oil (extra dash), green beans (cleaned), apple ((eg Elstar), in slices) and apple syrup.

Directions

  1. Boil the potatoes in a bowl of water with salt in 15-20 minutes until done and pour them off.
  2. Dab the rib chops dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rib chops in brown and cooked until 4-5 min.
  4. On each side.
  5. Boil the green beans in a bowl of water with salt in 6-8 min.
  6. Until al dente.
  7. Drain the green beans and scoop them with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil or a lid.
  9. Fruit the slices of apple 2-3 min.
