Fruity chop with green beans
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (solid, washed and in pieces), ribs, olive oil (extra dash), green beans (cleaned), apple ((eg Elstar), in slices) and apple syrup.

Boil the potatoes in a bowl of water with salt in 15-20 minutes until done and pour them off.

Dab the rib chops dry with kitchen paper and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the rib chops in brown and cooked until 4-5 min.

On each side.

Boil the green beans in a bowl of water with salt in 6-8 min.

Until al dente.

Drain the green beans and scoop them with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper to taste.

Remove the meat from the pan and keep it warm under aluminum foil or a lid.

Fruit the slices of apple 2-3 min.

In the shortening and take them out of the pan.

Pour 150 ml of water into the pan and scrape the cakes with a spatula from the bottom.

Stir in the apple syrup and let the gravy reduce for another 1 min on high heat.

Season it with salt and pepper.

Place the pork chops on 4 plates, scoop a slice of apple and the apple syrup and serve with the potatoes and green beans..
