Fusilli al prosciutto
A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, butter, onion (chopped), garlic (finely chopped), garden peas (extra fine (pack 450 g frozen), thawed), shoulder ham (thick slice (about 160 g)), fusilli (pasta , bag 500 g) and whipped cream (125 ml).
Heat the butter in a pan and fry the onion and garlic for 10 minutes on low heat. Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to the boil and cook the garden peas for 2 minutes on low heat (blanch). Drain. Cut the ham into pieces.
Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package. Add the ham and whipped cream to the onion mixture and bring to the boil. Mix the pasta with the sauce and garden peas. Season with salt and pepper.
