Roasted paprika with seafood
A nice Mediterranean recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: fish, pepper (pesto), lemon juice, olive oil, peppers, red (green and yellow), seafood ((frozen) and thawed).

Mix in bowl of pesto with lemon juice and olive oil. Clean peppers and cut each into 8 bars. Mix pepper bars with pesto, cover and marinate peppers for about 30 minutes.

Pick up pepper bars from marinade and let them drain slightly. Spread the pepper curry in a well-greased grill basket in approx. 15 minutes. Regularly shovel. Add seafood and grill together for another 5 minutes. Regularly shovel. Pepper and seafood in a bowl and season with salt and pepper. Tasty with baguette or fresh tagliatelle. Or add some spice and serve as a snack.
