A tasty Italian recipe. The starter contains the following ingredients: meat, broad beans (frozen), Parma ham, butter, shallots (in rings), whipped cream (23% fat), fusilli (bucati (pasta)) and grated Parmesan cheese.

Directions

  1. Cook the green beans for 3 minutes and rinse them with cold water. Remove the gray sheets from the beans. Cut the parma ham into wide strips.
  2. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the parma ham in the butter until crispy. Put them out of the pan on a piece of kitchen paper. Fry the shallots in the butter for 3 minutes. Stir in the green green beans and pour the cream into the pan. Bring everything to the boil and cook the sauce for 2 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, cook the fusilli according to the instructions on the packaging. Spoon a few tablespoons of cooking fluid from the pasta into a bowl. Drain the pasta, spoon the pasta through the sauce and season the dish with salt and generously coarsely ground pepper.
  4. If the dish is slightly too dry, add some of the cooking liquor kept apart. Divide the dish over 4 deep warm plates and sprinkle the Parma ham strips over it. Give the cheese separately.
