Fusilli with raw ham and mushrooms
Pasta with spinach, Coburger raw ham, mushrooms and cream cheese.

Cook the pasta al dente according to the instructions on the package.

Cut the mushrooms into slices. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the mushrooms over medium heat in 5 min. Golden brown.

Wash the spinach and let it drain. Heat the oil in a wok, add the spinach in parts and let it shrink all the time.

Drain the excess moisture and add the spinach to the mushrooms. Add the cream cheese and heat for another 2 minutes.

Cut the ham into strips.

Mix the pasta with the mushroom spinach mixture. Add the ham and serve immediately.
