Grilled veal entrecote with sage butter
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, fresh sage (from bag of Italian spice mix of 20 g), soft butter, lime, salt and freshly ground pepper and veal steak (approx. 200 g).

Sage salad leaves. Lime squeezing. Fry butter, sage, lime juice, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place butter in sheet on foil and form into roll. Put the herb butter in a refrigerator for about 30 minutes.

Dab the meat with kitchen paper. Start steak on barbecue or in grill pan in 2-3 minutes per side of rosé. Sprinkle meat with salt and pepper. Cut the herb butter into 8 slices. Place a slice of herb butter on each sirloin steak. Tasty with baked potato (with leftover butter) and a green salad.
