Directions

  1. Cook the fusilli with salt al dente. Heat the tablespoons of olive oil and fry the onion light brown.
  2. Add the salami fresh rosemary and fry for about 3 minutes.
  3. Drain the pasta and collect a little bit of cooking liquid. Scoop the pasta through the salami mixture and add a dash of cooking liquid.
  4. Heat and add the cooking cream and mozzarella without cooking. Serve when the mozzarella is slightly melted.
