Garden pea soup with crème fraîche
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes, vegetable or chicken broth (from 1 tablet), garden peas (bag 1 kg, frozen), fresh dill (chopped), ham strips (200 g) and crème fraîche (125 ml).

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Put the potato cubes in a pan and add the stock. Bring to boil. Boil the potatoes in 10 minutes, add the frozen garden peas for the last 5 minutes.

Remove the pan from the heat and puree the soup with the hand blender or in the food processor. Season the soup with 1 tbsp dill, pepper and salt.

Divide the ham strips over 4 bowls and spoon the soup over them. Spoon some crème fraiche into each bowl and sprinkle with the rest of the dill. Tasty with toasted brown bread and grass butter.
