Veal escalope with mushroom sauce

Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Divide the broccoli into florets and wash them. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.

Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and heat according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broccoli in approx. 5 minutes until al dente.

In the meantime, heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the veal oysters with pepper and fry in approx. 4 min. Season the potatoes and broccoli with pepper and salt.

Sprinkle the veal oysters with salt and serve with sauce, potatoes and broccoli.
