Veal escalope with mushroom sauce


Broccoli, mushrooms, potatoes and veal escalope.

Directions

  1. Wipe the mushrooms clean and cut into slices. Divide the broccoli into florets and wash them. Heat the butter in a frying pan. Fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry the mushrooms for about 2 minutes. Add the sauce to the mushrooms and heat according to the instructions on the package. Cook the broccoli in approx. 5 minutes until al dente.
  3. In the meantime, heat the rest of the butter in a frying pan. Sprinkle the veal oysters with pepper and fry in approx. 4 min. Season the potatoes and broccoli with pepper and salt.
  4. Sprinkle the veal oysters with salt and serve with sauce, potatoes and broccoli.
