Asian noodles with minced meat, mushrooms and leeks.

Directions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Slice onion coarse. Heat the oil in a stir-frying pan the onion for 1 min. Add the minced meat and fry in 3 min.
  3. Wash and cut leek in rings and chestnut mushrooms in slices. Spoon the leeks and mushrooms through the mince and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. Add the mix for noodles and water. Bake for another 1 min.
  5. Scoop the noodles through the minced meat mixture and bake for 1 min.
  6. Divide the noodles over plates and serve with the drained pickles or cut the pickles into small cubes and scoop through the noodles.
