Vegetable curry with egg and fried onion


A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: green pepper, meat tomato, onions, butter or margarine, curry paste Balti (80 g), eggs (M) and coriander (bag of 15 g).

Directions

  1. Sweet pepper, remove seeds and cut into cubes.
  2. Cut in tomato, dip in boiling water for several seconds, dice, remove seeds and cut flesh into cubes.
  3. Peel onions and cut into rings.
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in pan.
  5. Pepper cubes and curry paste gently for about 2 minutes.
  6. Create tomato through it.
  7. Add 1 1/2 dl of water and let the curry simmer for about 10 minutes.
  8. Meanwhile boil eggs in about 10 minutes.
  9. Scare, peel and halve.
  10. Heat residual butter in frying pan and fry onions on soft heat for about 5 minutes.
  11. Put half of onion rings in two deep plates.
  12. Distribute curry about it.
  13. Place eggs in the middle.
  14. Put the rest of onion rings next to it.
  15. Garnish with coriander.
  16. Serve with flat bread..
