Put the couscous in a bowl with the cumin, the paprika powder, the frozen garden peas and 3 tsp salt. Pour boiling water with it.

Stir through and leave for 10 minutes.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the sausages in 15 minutes until tender and brown.

Grate the yellow skin of the lemon and squeeze out the fruit. Add the grater, the juice and the oil to the couscous.

Cut the red pepper into pieces and mix through the couscous. Divide the couscous over 4 plates. Serve with the sausages.
