Gargamels cheese magic pot
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian main course contains the following ingredients: baguette, white grapes (seedless (500 g)), cherry tomatoes (250 g), cucumber, butter, flour, milk, grated cheese and lemon juice.

Cut bread into slices. Distribute grapes in small bunches. Clean tomatoes and cut cucumber into strips.

Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed pan. Stir in flour while stirring and bake for 1 min.

Little by little, add 200 ml of milk while stirring. Continue stirring until sauce is thick and smooth. Add grated cheese and the rest of the milk with a wooden spoon while stirring until all the cheese has melted. Stir in lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

Put cheese fondue in black pot on the table. Place dishes with bread, vegetables and fruit around them.
